Self Love Visions, as a company strives to provide excellent service and accommodate all our customers' needs. In order to better manage our schedule and protect the time of our barbers, we have implemented a cancellation policy.
We kindly request that you provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client who may be waiting for an appointment. Failure to cancel appointment without a 24 hour notice will result in the full amount of the service fee that was scheduled. Payment of service will be required before any future bookings are made.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we will do our best to consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis. However, consistent adherence to this policy will help us ensure that all our valued customers can receive prompt and reliable service. Appointments that are 15-30 minutes late may be deemed as a "No-Show"
Failure to show up to scheduled appointment will result in the full amount of the service fee that was scheduled. Payment of service will be required before any future bookings are made.
We understand life happens to us sometimes, that's why we give a courtesy of a 5 minute grace period. We kindly ask that you be punctual for your scheduled appointment. Showing up late to your appointment greatly affects other scheduled individuals. To best enforce time management each minute additional, outside of the given 5 minutes, will be charged on a per minute basis. Late arriving appointments may be asked to reschedule.
